Growth doesn't have to mean ever-greater chaos.
We bring order to technology, processes and the way people work — in companies that grew faster than their tools. Technically, everything “works”? We check whether it actually helps.
Sound familiar?
These are the situations companies bring to us at the stage of fast growth.
“IT says: everything is configured. People say: you can't work like this.”
Both are right. The problem lives between them.
The final version of the document lives in five copies — in inboxes and on drives.
Nobody is sure which one is truly final.
The company pays for Microsoft 365 and still works the way it did ten years ago.
Licences? Bought. Habits and rules of work? Missing.
A new hire spends weeks asking where things are.
Onboarding is an accident, not a process.
People work around the systems — nobody taught them why the systems exist.
That's why an expensive system never speeds anything up.
After someone leaves, their accounts and access rights stay active.
And nobody knows which ones.
None of these problems is purely an IT problem. Or purely a people problem. They are all born at the intersection of technology, processes and people — and that's the only place they can be permanently fixed.
How we work
We start from your company's problem, not from our offer. We look at every problem in three layers — and solve it in the same three layers.
Technology
- cloud and infrastructure
- cybersecurity and access
- automation
- solution architecture
People & Process
- ways of working and communication
- onboarding and training
- technology adoption
- preparing people for change
Business
- problem diagnosis
- priorities
- action plan
- implementation
People is not “a second HR department”. It's the layer that makes technology actually work in an organisation.
Conversation
30 minutes and three questions. We find out whether this is our topic — and say so plainly if it isn't.
Check-up
Diagnosis in three layers: technology, people, process. Scope fixed up front, usually 2–3 weeks.
90-day plan
A “5 changes” report with priorities and estimates. The document is yours — act with us or on your own.
Implementation & care
We deliver the selected modules and stay available under INFRAMASTERS Partner, our ongoing cooperation model.
Three doors — one way of working
You don't pick a service from a catalogue. You enter through the problem you came with.
Business & Technology Check-up
“The company is growing and chaos is creeping in.”
We check what limits growth the most today — and what to fix first.
- People: roles, responsibilities, communication
- Process: onboarding, information flow, repeatable tasks
- Technology: systems, access, infrastructure, automation
Digital Workplace Check
“Does technology help people work — or just give them more work?”
We look at your everyday tools through the eyes of the people who have to work with them.
- which tools are really used — and where duplicates live
- where people get lost and what frustrates them
- where the system is bypassed and work gets done twice
- the result: 5 changes that make work faster and less error-prone
Technology Change Check
“Before you spend serious money on a rollout — are you actually ready for it?”
For companies implementing ERP, changing CRM, moving to the cloud or automating processes.
- Technology: is the technical solution the right one?
- People: will people actually use it?
- Process: will the process really work after the change?

The module that ties it all together: onboarding and offboarding
“From signed contract to first day at work. And from resignation to access cut off.”
HR knows someone starts on Monday. But who creates the account? Who grants access? Who orders the hardware? And when someone leaves — who disables the account and revokes permissions?
It's an HR, process, IT and security topic all at once — which is why a piecemeal approach never works. Put in order as a whole, it makes a new person productive from day one — and a departure leaves no open doors behind.
Questions we answer:
- Who creates the account, and when?
- Who grants which access?
- Who orders and sets up the equipment?
- Where does a new hire find knowledge and people?
- Who collects the equipment after a departure?
- Who disables the account and removes access — the same day?
What we deliver after the check-up
Modules are selected from the 90-day plan — never as a “package”. Below is the typical scope of each layer.
Technology
- cloud: Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID & SSO
- infrastructure: servers, networks, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Proxmox
- security: MFA, access, 3-2-1 backups, NIS2 and ISO 27001 readiness
- automation: Ansible, GitLab, monitoring (Zabbix)
People Enablement
“Can people make good use of what the company implements?”
- adoption of tools and changing habits
- training — from effectiveness to technical and cybersecurity topics
- communication and rules of work (less information overload)
- cooperation between IT and the rest of the company
Process
- onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
- document and information flow
- repeatable workflows instead of “every project its own way”
- process automation and how IT needs are reported
Who this is for
Where the problem is visible every day, while on the technical side everything “technically works”.
Two people, three layers
Agata finds and understands the problem. Konrad solves its technical side. Together we check whether the solution actually works in your company.
Konrad
“Is the technical solution the right one?”
15+ years running infrastructure and clouds (Azure, AWS), Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms, security and automation. Infrastructure as code is our standard, not an add-on.
Agata
“Will people actually use it?”
Work psychology and HR: technology adoption, communication, training and preparing teams for change. She makes sure an implementation doesn't end with the words “the system works”.
A software house will say: “The system works.” We answer the question: does the company work better because of it? — Konrad & Agata, Inframasters
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what we hear most often.
Who are you — a software house or a training company?
Neither. We connect technology with the way a company actually works: we diagnose the problem in three layers — technology, people and processes — and then implement the solution so that people genuinely use it.
What is a Check-up and how long does it take?
It's a diagnostic project with a scope fixed up front: an agreed number of interviews, systems and areas. It usually takes 2–3 weeks and ends with a “5 changes” report and a 90-day action plan.
Do we have to implement something with you after the check-up?
No. The report and the plan are yours — you can execute them yourself, with your own IT partner or with us. We implement modules from the plan only when you want us to.
Do you do security?
Yes — as part of the whole: MFA and access management, backups, disabling accounts of departing employees, NIS2 and ISO 27001 readiness. We treat security as a process, not a product.
What companies do you usually work with?
Most often professional and specialist services — law firms, design and architecture offices, agencies, market research — companies that have grown to the point where their way of working can't keep up, yet don't need a large in-house IT department.
How do we start?
One message to kontakt@inframasters.io and a 30-minute conversation. Three questions — and you'll know right away whether a check-up is the right move.
30 minutes. Three questions. Zero slides.
Write to us about what bothers you most — we'll pick the right door and tell you straight if it's not our topic.
